Check out the first controversial video filmed with rangers players as actors.   TwoSeam productions will be filming 5 more pieces over the course of the season.   The next one in development is a longer script I'm working on showing exactly how much the pitching staff depends on each other during the season. 

My last two outings have went fairly well- just giving up a few singles here and there and not walking anyone.   The clubhouse has seen a few casualties of spring training cuts- as to be expected eventually, and we're getting pretty anxious to see what the final roster is going to be.   The battle for the 5th starter job is down to Kameron Loe, Bruce Chen, and Jamey Wright.   

I'm also anxious each day to get closer to going back to Dallas- cafe brazil, breadwinners, buzz, jamba juice and the rest of my favorite breakfast spots are definitely a great all within very short distances.

It's about two weeks before the season is in full swing against our division rivals- the "rally monkey mascot southern california, kinda by the beach but not really while kinda being 30 miles from LA in a different county and still calling ourselves the LA angels, of anaheim".   the only professional sports team in history to have a prepositional phrase in their name.  April 2nd is go time.  We get back to Texas for our home opener on the 6th. 

Espn writer Jerry Crasnick posted a really cool article on my 'Lefthanded Eccentricities' over on espn.com   I guess sooner or later reading books would get me into trouble.   

tomorrow is our only scheduled day off all spring, so I'm looking forward to catching up on some of the movies I've been missing, and catch up on new releases over at best buy.
